Adult Beginners

This is such a fantastic style for improving core strength and dance technique. The beginners class is a general class starting with barre work basics and technique. It's on every Monday so get your week off to a great start - it's no accident that you see all those ballet fitness classes advertised - this is the real thing and it's open to absolute beginners - you don't need any previous experience.


Monday Beginners 7.00 - 8.00pm

 

What to Wear?

Leggings, t-shirt/vest top. Ballet pumps although stocking soles are fine to start with.
