This class draws on lots of styles – hip hop, jazz, funk & contemporary dance – all combining to create a fabulous, fluid, sinuous style. Expect slow warm-ups and lots of great technique exercises, which are all low impact, to build strength, co-ordination, flexibility and confidence.
This is aimed at beginners upwards but we get a wide range of abilities in the classes so options are given to get the best experience possible out of the class for everyone. Get ready for some serious fun.
What to Wear
Loose comfortable clothing (trackies, leggings etc) and jazz sneakers/trainers.
