Private Lessons & Wedding Dances
Want to look good on the dance floor at your wedding? Or perhaps you want private lessons just to build your confidence on the dance floor or to work on a particular style or choreography? There’s lots of styles to choose from: Jazz, Street, Contemporary, Argentine Tango, Salsa, Swing and all the Social Ballroom styles from Foxtrot to Waltz.
When it comes to Wedding dances, most people just want to get through it with some style and dignity! We can teach you some lovely sequences which are fairly simple to learn, and look really impressive. How many lessons do you need to book? Some people want 6+ sessions and others are happy with 1 lesson. It really depends on how elaborate you want your dance to be and how quickly you pick up the moves. How soon should you start? As soon as possible, especially if you decide you want a choreography. In any event, you want to have as much practice time as possible – this is a skill you’ll have for the rest of your life!

What to Wear
For Wedding/Partner dance wear cool and casual – smooth soled shoes if you have them (no stilettos please) and otherwise wear trainers. For more upbeat styles such as Jazzfunk/street etc, loose comfortable clothing (trackies, leggings etc) and jazz sneakers/trainers. Comfort is your first priority.
PRICE: £70 per hour and the price goes down from there, the more classes you take. Eg £130 for 2 classes – £270 for 6. You will see an option for a balance payment below – this is to allow some flexibility where a customer chooses to increase the number of classes and then qualifies for a discount. It will allow you to enter the agreed amount yourself.
Terms & Conditions: Private lessons & bundles of classes are not Refundable (apart from in exceptional circumstances) but they are Transferable ie you can pass them on to someone else. Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of payment which should be made within 48hrs of the initial booking. Please give 24hrs notice if you have to cancel
